indiana jones it was the walther p-38 that got most exposure
but in Raiders of the Lost Ark the fight scene with the monowing airplane the pilot clicks aims and fires with a p-08 at indiana.thats the scene everytime i chamber mine. |

Bob, sorry, but it was a P.38, not a Luger that was fired from the Cockpit! I just rewatched it to make darn sure! you clearly see the hammer cocked back. You almost have to freeze frame it, but there is a view from below that you can clearly see the hammer cocked back ! A great scene! Thor

Indiana Jones and Raiders of the Lost Ark have plenty of good scenes with German firearms. I wish they would do a sequel.
I wonder when Enemy at the Gates will be released on DVD, I've been watching for it. |

Hey Mike, I appreciate your list of luger movies very much. I have a minor correction though. The movie that involves the German battleship is "Shout At The Devil", not "Shoot At The Devil"

last night (7/15/01) on TV (NBC)
"Legends of The Fall" Kristin (Val Kilmer) wrestles one from the hands of one of the Kaiser's Troops, and goes on a rampage with it killing many WWI German troups. |
