Posting help needed

someone sent me an e-mail with a very interesting photo attached which I need to post on one of the forums. Can anyone tell me how to get the pic from my e-mail on to the forum?

Yes, kind-a depends on what you are using as your e-mail. Outlook, open the mail, go to file, save attachments, save to your hard drive. Then post on the forum.
