I found an FFL in my area by going to Gunbroker.com, clicking on For Buyer at the top of the page, then clicking on find a transfer dealer.

http://www.auctionarms.com/help/FFLStateSearch.cfm it comes up for CA but just click on Find a FFL at the bottom and then enter Arizona in the third search box.
