Default P08 magazines

Gruss Gott,Kinder!

I just recieved a catolog from CDNN today. They

listed Mec-Gar P08 mags. The only problem was that when I called them they admitted they were out of

stock!Go figure!

Anyway,they also listed a "no-name stainless steel

with wood base" mag.Upon inquiring,I was told that

these were listed in house as being Mitchell/Stoeger

mags.I can't swear to it,but according to the visual

description the guy gave me they are the old style mags.If so,they will fit the "Mitchell Arms P08" as

well as at least the 1917 Erfurt and the 1936 S42

Mauser. They only had 40 of them, and as they are no

longer a regular production item,I pigged out and

ordered 25.That should mean they still have 15 if

anybody is interested. It should function as a

holdover until Mec-Gar becomes available again

(hopefully).

The phone # for CDNN is 1-800-588-9500.

They also give a web address-www.cdnninvestments.

com

I was told that these don't yet appear on the web

site,so you might be better of calling if you're interested.Abadee!Abadee!Abadee! That's all,Folks!!!

Cheaper than Dirt is listing Mec-Gar's at $18.47 each. Unfortunately, they're out of stock too. How does the price compare?

Gruss Gott,Roger!

I'm sorry I failed to mention that

part of the equasion(sp?)!They list in at $19.99($20 for those who beleive in

truth in advertizing)!

Again I put out the Caveat that I

have not yet received my "pigish order",

so I can't swear to the fact that these

are the "old style" mags.I'm merely

relying on Chad's over the phone description as compared to what I have

in hand. They sound to be of the same

construction,in which case,they are

functional 7RD MAGS.

Tschuss! Mark M.
