I had this on here a few years ago but we have a lot of newer members since then who have not seen it.
1900 AE Serial #10317 converted ,by a very clever and skilled old gunsmith to a 22 auto. The original firing pin and bolt face converted for 22 rimfire. The loading ramp was changed for a 22. Spring changed to coil. Rear of toggle cut to reduce weight also holes drilled. Barrel cut off so the original serial number shows. The mag is an original wood bottom with a 22 Erma insert. All in all quite a gunsmithing exercise. Ron Wood has commented on the skill of this Gentlemen. Bill .

bill, if anyone wants a .22 mag like yours or pO8 breech blocks converted to .22 rimfire, have them give me a call. Thanks, Tom

I don't believe that I have ever seen this most interesting Luger. Thank you very much for showing it here....again. I marvel what some folks can accomplish when they have talent and perseverance!!
