a google search shows ebay seller in germany sells snap caps in 30 luger

I found another link for a seller on USA ebay, but he didn't have anything for sale

I would think that taking some spent casings and making some snap caps would work well.

Doing a search, I found Midway USA has 30 Luger dummy rounds. $19 for a pack of 5.
