Default Look what flew in the window....

A Mann 7.65... Not terribly collectible especially in this example's run down condition.
  • Missing right grip( someone made a hideous wooden replacement and adding insult to injury drilled and tapped a screw hole for same
  • missing part or all of the ejector(?) see hole on slide - though I'm not sure whatever is missing looks like
  • Not original magazines, one might be a Triple K the other is someone's composite 'thing'
  • There was/is a leather holster but someone cut the flap off!

Not sure if it was assembled correctly as it will drop the firing pin upon releasing the slide 1 in 10 times so it won't be seeing ammo anytime soon.

But on the bright side for me it was ( very ) inexpensive and while not really collectible it is somewhat unusual.

The serial is in the very low 40,xxx range.

It's reasonably well made.

I know the 6,35 Mann pistol is much more regarded as a colltor item but I like this little guy.

I've yet to find an exploded view however I know how to disassemble it; and I did hence the concern about the spontaneous firing pin dropping...

It's a little project...

Retract slide, twist barrel, unscrew to remove. Slide will lift up and off. Grips are held in place by brass levers, I've never seen that way of attaching a grip before.
