Luger holster in project condition

Got this holster with a Luger I just bought, it's a project for sure but still a Luger holster. I don't need it for anything, so my questions are:

How much is it worth as is?
How much would it cost to restore?

The closure strap and the lift strap are broken, one of the belt loops is missing, the hinge leather is dried out, the stitching needs to be redone in places and there's small, white spots all over it.

It's marked "67" under the closure strap, and "Genshow & Co", a drooped wing eagle and "1936" on the back.
