Default Bauer Brothers size chart

While looking around for an interesting holster/belt setup for the SAA knockoff I recently got, I've encountered lots of used stuff on eBay, etc., including lots made by Bauer Brothers, who has ceased long ago to make holsters. The ad will purport to be for the SAA 4 3/4"; some do not say, and those often include only the maker...but the holster's model number is very often visible in whatever pics. I decided to find reference charts for the different mfgrs, so I could check a holster-- if I could ascertain its make and model-- to see if it was designed to fit my gun, whether Luger, 1911, or SAA. Hunter was no problem, right there on Google's first result page. Bauer Brothers was a bit more difficult to find, so to save anyone who is interested in such a resource the trouble, I'll post it below.

I snagged this from a link posted on the S&W Forum, waaay down at the bottom of a thread which, initially, was a lot of guys posting their models, and the guy who had the chart was giving results... Google's only other effective link was to a subscription site, which teases with a blurry half of this .pdf, which seems to be only the first page of the chart, but I hope someone finds this handy, nonetheless.
