I just bought a very nice Webley Mark I revolver that has the Army and Navy Co-operative Society roll mark on the barrel. I have read somewhere that these records still exist, apparently at the University of Glasgow. An old account said they can pinpoint the date and to who the firearm was sold. I have tried contacting them to no avail. Does anybody know where you can access these records. Thanks in advance.

I own a .450 Nitro double rifle from Army and Navy Coop. It includes the Brit. soldier's import papers into Kenya in the 1920's.
I too would be interested in walking it back a step or 2. dju |

join the "British Militaria Forum", despite the name its all about guns and rifles, and at least one member has records you are looking for. Its a great site, best site on the net for British Firearms.
