Grip questions

I picked up some grips for lugers, a whole bunch, but just a few matching

These two, my feeling is that one of them is possibly dutch, east indies made.

Honest opinions asked for

My best guess is they are not Dutch. I have a pair like these and I am sure they are not. Generally the Dutch have a GS on the back. Bill

They are clearly not "factory made" in the sense of production with jigs and patterns. My guess is some sort of third world replacement effort.

I actually have 2 others with the same pattern and my notes say they are dutch.

Just so happens that I now have 4 of these with the same look and I got them at different times.

I am home and have my books, will look up in the Dutch Luger book, however, they could very well be from almost anywhere, but the big diamonds strikes a bell, but I caught remember?

From the book the Dutch Luger, pictures below

Of the 4 grips I have, 3 are right hand, one a left, 3 look like the 2nd set of pictures above (diamonds to right) and the last is the one shown as first picture.

Its fine if they are not dutch, but three of them are alike and came from different parts of the country and it is not normal walnut or beech (thus perhaps homemade).

Ed,
The top pair look "home made" to me; I believe the bottom pair are Dutch.

Thanks Hugh, the other three look like the bottom one, so that is a good thing.

it was funny, I looked at them and this 2nd time was when I realized how different they were...
