1939 Model, What is it and is the value? What do all the markings mean? Any infor will be greatly appreciated.

Hi AJ, What you have is a rather nice Mauser made 1939-42, 2nd Variation (42 is code for Mauser). The magazine is the very desirable "Black Widow" model and is worth about $200.00 on it's own. I would value this gun, with magazine, at about $1,200.00 to $1,500.00. Regards, Norm
