Almost forgot I can ask help here....

I would like to use this oppertunity to ask a help from members who knew computer stuff.

A few days ago, I did not know where I touched this computer, the bar on the bottom of the screen was moved to the left side. No matter what I do, I cannot drag it back to the normal bottom position.

I assume it's fixable, but I don't know how. Could you help?
