Dirk, they appear to be post-WW2, east german or russian.

The grips are certainly different...I like them! And the magazine w/aluminum base looks good, too!
![]() And your English is very good! Much better than my German! ![]() |

I've seen those grips on a few Russian captured Lugers.

I agree they are post war grips... I believe I have seen them a few times before as well, I just forget where.
The mag looks nice, a photo of the base would be nice though ![]() |

Hello,
thank all for the answers ! The Grips is for German Postman in the WW2 or frontcaptured Russian ? The clutches are same both. The magazines are old version. + signifies reserve magazin. The number 3476 is the standard number What does signify the eagle 63? What does signify W? Thanks all ! Dirk |

Hello Dirk,
Es ist nicht fur ein Postman (Deutsche Reichspost / Postschutz). Post war meaning they were made After WW2 (1946 - 2009) For the magazine, the eagle with "63" is a WaffenAmt stamp. WaA... 3476 is the serial nummer, "W" being the suffix letter. |

The grips are not worth much, the Magazine is worth maybe $100 to 140 USD (70 - 100 Euro). Just my opinion.

Dirk, Your Russian grips usually retain here in the USA in the $25 range and the pitting on the bottom of your 1937 or '38 mag would reduce it's value to the $75 range, unless you find the buyer with the matching PO8. TH

IMO, judging from what I've seen on eBay & GB, the grips would go about ~$50USD, the mag ~$100USD...That pretty much reflects what I would pay for them as well...
