AA has a nice 1908 1st issue with holster. Seller explains the unit marks, but what does G.P.O. stand for ??

Hi Mike,
"GRENZSPOLIZEI" means Border Police, but I believe that the "O" stands for "OST", or East, indicating the Eastern Frontier/Border. Not Austria as the seller claims. It's a very nice 1908 1st Issue with a scarce unit mark. I recall seeing this pistol before, and I believe there was a discussion on it on Jan Still's forum a year or two ago. Ron
