Christian,
It appears to be the same pattern as some 1934 Mauser holsters. However, the wear / rub pattern at the bottom looks like it has had a Walther PP or perhaps a Sauer 38 H in it for a period of time. A very nice one. I have never seen one of pig skin. Ron

Ron,
thanks for your answer. I am away from my collection for a few months unfortunately. I hope it will fit the PPk or the Mauser 1914... ![]() |

Christian, The style of your holster would appear to be more for a WW1 pistols (Dreyse, M1914, etc) than for one from WW2. TH

I believe that it is of pre-war origin and carried a Walther for a long time.

Christian had one of these in very poor condtion it had a Dreyse in it. It was original to the gun. Although might fit other small pocket pistols.

The impression of the gun also reminds me of a M1900 FN. TH

yes Tom, you are right. I will only be able to verify on mid-August...if this beautiful holster does not fit either the PPk or the Mauser 1914, it will be immediatly for sale !
thanks for your help Gentlemen. |

I just had the opportunity to verify. The holster fits the PPk and the Mauser 1914, but not perfectly. Fits perfectly the SAUER 38H.
thank you Gentlemen. cv |
