I already own an all matching DOT 43 K98 which I love, and now I want an all matching Nazi era P08 Luger to compliment it. I've been looking on Gunbroker, but a little worried about getting ripped off or unknowingly buying a restored gun. How do I avoid this? Is there a certain book or website that will help my pick out fakes vs authentic? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Lugerforum You need to study this forum for a long time to become familiar with what to look for. I suggest you do an overall forum search for the word "fake" and "faked" and "boosted" to examine threads that point out some of the issue to watch for.
You can also put photos of your prospective purchases here on the forum and get a consensus from the most knowledgeable collectors in the world before you buy. Any seller that won't provide or allow photos or an adequate inspection period is a seller to stay away from. Where are you from in Maryland? No matter where it is, it isn't that far from me.

JGB22, if you can before you buy you should go to any gun show you can and try to pick up and look at as many as you can. Better yet if there is a collector near you that would allow you to handle some of his and let him explain all the nuances great. I am lucky enough to live near a local collector (Doug Coffey) who gave me a lot of time showing me his collection and all the varieties and what a help. Nothing beats holding one and having somebody explain about that particular gun. Lastly, pay the money when you are ready and buy from somebody you can trust as refinished guns can be very hard to pick out. Curt
