Looking for info on a PP

Just aquired a Nazi Walther PP, 6 digit serial # (198xxx P) eagle N stamped on right of slide under the ejection port, and twice on the barrel. Left side of slide has the Walther Banner, Waffenfabrik Walther, Zella Mehlis (Thur), ['u' is umlauted] Cal 7,65 m/m, Mod PP. Fwd grip has 'R.F.V. 19320 W' in script writing. 'R' might be a 'B', but I don't think so. Grips are dark black, no cracks, finish is dark polished blue w/only minor wear, bore is clean and sharp.

Any info you all can provide is greatly appreciated.
