The "R.B.NR> etc" is most likely the maker. The eagle/5 is an acceptance stamp, I believe for Luftwaffe. I have seen quite a few so proofed and would be unhappy with it if it weren't acceptance stamped. Good piece if it isn't over sharpened and has good mechanics.

I didnt take a pic of the blade cause I didnt know how to get it open,I have it figured out now and it has a good blade on it. Thanks clint

George I have had maybe 6 of these over the years . None of mine had the luftwaffe proof. couple were RB numbered. And some were maker marked on the blade. Looked at maybe another 1/2 doz can't say I remember that luftwaffe proof. I just thought the luftwaffe proof was kind of rare. Goes to show you what I know.
