Help needed. 1939 Banner Police

Hi all,

i'm evaluating to purchase a 1939 mauser banner police luger.

I received some pics from the seller and i noted that:
the Schiwy safety has been removed
there is not the serial number on the barrel
the #3 of the serial number on the front grip and on the magazine is different from all the #3 of the other serian number
the blueing looks fine

I'm not an expert so i need the help !!!!
