I seen a reference to Ballistol on another site and have wondered about it. supposed to have been in Europe for 90 years. Would like to see maybe if you could compare it also. www.ballistol.com Joe Evans Don't know what I did wrong, thought I was adfding to Steinar's post on oil tests. Oh well. |

A terrible product against the finish on collector guns. In the long term, it will change the color of the finish.
Either use a light, neutal oil for lubrication or Universal Rig Grease for protection against rust. Albert |

ahh.. I could have added it, but the fat lady is singing outside my porch now. To late for this round..
Not sure if I have ever heard of this product, there is something familiar with the name, but the logo does not ring any bells to me.
