Default Plastic Grips

These black plastic grips are on a 41 Byf that I have had for 30+ years. Looking at Gibson's Krieghoff book, these appear to be a type found on at least one 44 Krieghoff. The holes on the back are threaded. Any ideas?

I agree that these are the 1944 KH type grips, but Vintage Grips does offer repros of this type, so originality is hard to tell from a photo. TH

Tom Any idea how long Vintage grips has been making these? I have had them at least 30 years. Thanks Bill

I agree that these are the KH type grip... their originality would require a close examination by the KH expert like John D... but I am fairly certain that Vintage grips has not been in business for 30 years...

Have you tried Mike Krause in San Mateo, CA for an HK magazine ?

He and his wife recently had one in the 55xx serial range on auction on e-Bay. Here is the link to that previous auction :
