Dumb Question #719
I'm selling some of my duplicates on gunbroker and elsewhere. I've had a question from a C&R in KKKalifornia as to whether or not I'll ship a P.38 there.
Some of you luger fiends are in KKKalifornia, I suppose you are either a subversive underground group openly flaunting the laws through the anonimity the web provides, or maybe, just maybe, it's fine to fire off a 62 year old P.38 to a C&R out there on the left coast?

trigger643,
In addition to his C&R, your buyer needs a Certificate of Eligibility from the California Department of Justice. DougT (from the land of fruits and nuts). |
