Herb, It's Bulgarian. Several things bother me about it....Why is it marked P08 if made in 1918? The stamp must be subsequent to original manufacture. Also the tool pouch for a loading tool and pin punch is newly added. It might be collectable but these holsters have little interest for me...They are poorly made. Jerry Burney
