That excerpt is taken from the full movie, "An American Story" produced by the Hallmark Hall of Fame in 1992.

As with many things conservative in nature, and especially anything that puts the 2nd Amendment in a positive light, it is hard to find copies of the DVD, and is all but obscure at this point.
