Just checking to see if this is supposed to be a serial number or could it be an inspection, or... number? Thanks

Neither, its not in a normal place for a makers marking, and sure not for a serial number.
Perhaps some kind of unit marking, but even then in an odd place. Ed

Is that gun a Russian capture gun or is it import marked? Any other unusual or non-original marks, finish or parts?
