You cleaning out your closet???
![]() All my Corps uniforms got donated 46 years ago. Except for a USCG cover [hat] that my sister saved, I have no uniforms of my dads. I do have some of his medals and emblems. ![]() I had a pair of his combat boots. Brown laced leather with two buckle straps on the top, size 10. Very well worn. I wore them a while before I enlisted, then took them to the Rushford dump. There was an area outside the gate where you could leave usable items, I left them there for some downtrodden soul. I still have a bunch of USAF uniforms left over from 18 years ago, BDUs and blues. Couple pairs of boots. Don't really know what to do with all of them.

I have had them for over 30 years. I am a history major, each piece tells a story each had an owner that survived to bring a piece of their life to store as a reminder. I will eventually donate them or pass it on! There is nothing so sacred and personal as his uniform. Thank you for your service and years of friendship! Eric
