First off, I apologize for the poorly lite pictures without natural lighting; I will post better ones in the near future along with more distinguishing features of the gun.
I am fairly excited about this gun which I picked up today. Mostly because of the purchase price of $250 from a friend of mine. Apparently there are still deals yet to be found. The gun is a 1941 byf variant that appears to carry the original finish and is numbers matching other than for the receiver number, sear ear, and the magazine of course. The serial number on the frame (and everything else other than the three items noted above) is 2662 X. This is the second Luger in my possession, with the other being an all matching 1937 S/42 that is in pretty good shape.
