Default P38 virgin

Well, finally managed to extend my little collection a bit. It now includes a couple of P38 pistols, but all Mauser made, of course

So I just registered at the P38 forum and I will probably see a lot of familiar faces of there ...

For the record, they are a

Byf 43 with Eagle/L police marking, which made an interesting journey through the UK to Israel and back again.

Byf 44 with police 'practice gun' markings.

Svw 45, assembled under French control with Austian Bundesheer markings.

Hi Gerben, Congratulations on your new acquisitions. I must warn you, though, that I once got in trouble with Ed for using the V word! Best regards, Norm

Congratulations, Vlim.
I own a Mauser P38 rig in nice condition and I really enjoy it.
But only the "other guys" are supposed the see the pics?

No, the guns are still on the other side of the border. I first have to go through the 6 foot stack of paperwork to get them imported

I only have some lousy pics I made with my phone camera.

The Svw 45 might be a "Gray Ghost" to go along with a "Black Widow" and a "Brown Recluse."
