Default Opinion on a Gunbroker Item

A definite Non Expert ( me) would appreciate an opinion from you gents on gunbroker item153478404. It a 1920 dated Artillery Stock and holster, with straps, mag pouch, etc. I've been looking in my books and a few things came to mind. First, I can't find this holster maker "C. Billep" of Spandau in any of my books. Second, I was under the impression that the Treaty of Versailles outlawed the LP- 08, so I'm wondering what the odds are of such a holster being produced for the Weimar Gov't in 1920. I guess it's also true that that Treaty was ignored at times. Anyway, since the price seems to be north of $2000.00 I'd apprecaire opinion on the authenticy of this item, & whether it is military, police or commercial- thanks Michael
