Luger Collection Sold

I just came across the information of a significant Luger collection being sold very recently in the Baton Rouge, LA area. It was something in excess of 75 guns and realized in the mid-6 figures. (I am being coy about this because I have been asked not to report details.)

Does anyone here know more abut this sale? Did anyone buy any of these Lugers? I understand that the sale was rather abrupt, and there was no time to gather information from them for the various data surveys which are ongoing on these Forums:

Circle-S marked Lugers
c/RC stamps
various surveys on all Mauser military variations
Mauser Banner v suffix guns
Simson Lugers
All DWM Commercial Lugers
Imperial Luger receiver stamps
U.S. Test Eagles
H.P. marked Lugers
Navy serial numbers
Krieghoff serial numbers

If you bought from this sale, the various researchers would appreciate knowing the pertinent details while the new acquisitions are fresh in everyoneâ??s minds.

Hmmm, for that matter, I suppose this works as a call for anyone who has data which they havenâ??t yet shared to make reports.
