Nice collection. I have never seen some of those stock setups.
Personally I love stocked pistols & have in addtion to my LP-08, C-96's & Inglis Hi-Powers.

Geez Ron,
Nothin' like making a guy feel like his collection is crap!!! <grin> (I'll feel better though if you'll just mail me that funny lookin' one at the top!) Very nice. I am exceedingly jealous. How about adding a blow-by-blow under the photo?

Very nice Ron. The wooden extensions add so much to them though I still like the slick backs.

Ron,
A beautiful grouping of rare pieces. And an investment that cannot be accrued on the stock market. Man, do I want a Carbine!!! Ron S.

Please Ron, Modify your beautiful collection photo by including at least the basic description of each model...
When will you add the .45 Luger Carbine to this collection? ![]()

Mr. Wood's collection of beautiful stocks is an outstanding example of "Blue Chip Stocks" as far as the Stock Market goes. I thought I would share an example of what constitutes an affordable "Penny Stock" for those of us who are economically disadvantaged.
This is a Daisy Model 717 pellet pistol in .17 caliber. Fairly accurate. It was used to win a state air pistol championship in 1987 (but without using the stock of course.) The stock board also functions as a holster. The blued steel clip at the butt of the stock goes over a belt so it can be carried. The long narrow slit in the board is for the charging lever when the pistol is holstered. Mauser720 - Ron |
