Default Erfurt proof marks

I just got an Erfurt 1917, it has some odd proof marks, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these are from Erfurt or else where. The gun has what looks like an old refinish/restoration and the serial numbers on the barrel and slide do not match other serial numbers. There are three proofs that are crown over "T" and "B" and possibly "I" with a line underneath. There is one proof mark that is a crown over a bear or a lion standing facing right. The last appears to have been chiseled into the chamber just below the barrell and looks like "7Z", but much more stylized and slanted. Possibly ZZ. If anyone knows what these are for, please let me know. Thanks, Mark

Default more proofs and markings WWII

PS to previous post. The magazine is WWII with aluminum base and black steel case. Base is nitro marked and number. The case is marked 122 and a stylized eagle? over 37. An idea if these are unit or proff marks and for which unit? Thanks again Mark

The code number 122 signifies the manufacturer, which should be Haenel (Schmeisser)... and the eagle over the 37 is the military acceptance stamp.

Default proof marks -- pictures

Sorry these are so poor, but perhaps they will be good enough. The two letter proofs might just be variations on Erfurt marks, but the chiseled mark is something else, perhaps a nitro? Does not look like other nitros I have seen...
Well, I can't get the pictures to upload. Perhaps I could email them to someone who is willing to help? Please contact me at oceanica3@cox.net Thanks, Mark

mark, it would help to see the big picture, where the marks came from, in relation to the mark itself.
