All,
The holster is righteous, but should not be more than about $400-450 in todays market. Tom A. |

NOTE; The only real flaw is that the stitching on the lid has rotted and is giving away although attached at this time. This is a real easy repair to make and holster will be EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT when made. All other stitching is EXCELLENT
I can't get over the way sellers determine that a repair is EASY to make! Not only easy but REAL easy according to this guy...If it's so easy why didn't he do it on his lunch hour? If the thread is rotten and pulling away in the top, one must suspect the rest of the holster thread. So I question this fellows analysis of excellent throughout.... It would take awhile for the market to catch up to 750.Jerry Burney

Gunman, A result of a tightening market, more collectors and a finite amount of collector grade items. It will only get more expensive so when I see a bargain I jump on it. They are few but one must be prepared to recognize and act. I am sure we will all look back and see many bargains a few years from now. They will be back here though....Unless one has a time machine they will be gone. Jerry Burney

Folks,
I think I am on record several years ago in this venue saying BUY LEATHER. Picked up a stone mint Navy holster at Chantilly...cost me a tidy sum, (Thanks Jerry Peters) but it will grow in value; likewise the exc + K-date piece. Prices only go one way; this is Econ 101. Tom A. |
