eBay Warning navy stock

Fellows, This guy Sedlikin is really a pretty nice guy to deal with and I hate to rain on his parade but the stocks he is offering on eBay are made in pakistan or some other third World country and are crap. I know, I bought one. He shows a Navy and when it got to my house it had turned into an Artillery and I came un hinged. He was kind enough to take it back and actually gave me a Mauser 1970's Navy stock that is super nice. However, according to him this was a one time deal as he did not have any more Mauser stocks and the ones he does have are not worth having.Since the user ID is kept private I could not warn any members individually so this is to try and help those of you who might be tempted to bid on this stock. Let the buyer beware....Jerry Burney

It's just too bad ebay allows this method of a seller protecting himself by not letting us (the buyers/bidders)know more about them. If the seller is private, I will not bid on any item offered by this person!

Schwob, The only part that is private is the buyers names. Consequently one cannot determine who is bidding against you. I see this as a real handicap. Jerry Burney
