Max,
The prices of original magazines vary based primarily on their rarity, not so much their construction. But in my own opinion, the machined type (FXO 37 or Haenel Schmeisser type) are the best functioning and most durable. Condition is everything. Some of the oldest stamped type in excellent condition bring very high prices. Could you please identify the source of your avatar photo? and can you post it full size in your reply? I collect photographs of Lugers and accessories. That box of Lugers is a photo I have never seen before.

Thank you for you prompt answer . I have mostly the machine Fxo magazines, but also a few machined 122. I also like the machined ones best, they must have been very expencive to produce!
