Hi Pete,
Most of the leather appears to be bogus to me; can't say about the rest.

Oh, the Khoff tool you turned me on to was bad also; sent it back today. No harm on your part; no offense taken..It cost me $10 to take a look...a lot cheaper than some other "looks" I have taken.

I have to agree with Tom, most looks bad, The boot might be authentic but the photo's are so bad I cannot tell for sure. The double mag pouch is phoney for sure. Jerry Burney

On 11.03.04 the salesclerk has added the following information:

Hello liking nobody damage with the pocket it concerns with the biggest likelyhood around kopie! With the board I am not sure to me. On the board the following marks are to be recognized: krone R, with this inscription: " RES.FUSS.ART.13 7. ASKED. " Besides, the pocket is with two gilt crowns verziehrt! At the back of the pocket Krone*2 is under it a stroke is to be recognized. In the lower Einrastst¼ck the following number is to be read: 4686. (waffennummer?) 08 keys is stamped with krone R. In the piece of bumph floor there are no stamps or marks. Thank me warmly for the numerous inquiries. Mfg herb

Hi,

He confirms that the holster itself is most likely to be a copy.

The wooden board he's not sure about, he suspects it's original. There are two decorative golden crowns on the holster. The tool is stamped with crown/R.

Serial number stampings on the iron run in the wrong direction as well...

p.s. Tom A.,

Sorry to hear the HK tool did not turn out. Did you happen to take photos or scans that you can share here on the LF...what was wrong that you concluded it was not legit...?

Regards,

Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" />
