Post Correct mag for '41 Mauser...

I have two remaining Nazi lugers from a small collection that I bought in the Spring. In the collection were holsters and extra mags. Only one piece had a matching mag.

First, my 42 1940 has a matching f-block mag, has black pin through the mag's end cap...122 maker and E/37 (2X) marked. (A 95%, 100% matching including grips, firing pin and the 1 mag)

I plan to keep both lugers. I'm just not sure which mag is appropriate in my 99% byf41 (s-block)all matching including the grips.

Here are my choices of mags from what remains--

MAGS:
A) No proofs or maker, no pin through mag cap. Mag cap SN5089 s+ and E/63

B) fxo E/37 (2X), black pin through end cap. End cap SN7101-S w/o proof.

C) fxo E/37 (2x), w/ black pin too. End cap 6735-S, and again no proof

Lastly, B + C mags look identical in every way. The 's' font on the b/c is different from the 's' on the A mag.

Any advice would be appreciated...Thanks...Bob

The "S" block fxo is the correct type magazine for your byf in the "S" block.
