you can get them on ebay too

mostly poorly made stamps - although folks forget how small they are - so they can possibly be used to fake, but I sure hate they have them

I'm pretty sure there is a special place in hell for the guys that make them and also those who sell them - not to mention the ones that use them to steal!

There is. It's called Poland now. There are also openings in Ukraine and Russia.
