Anyone know where I can source a mousepad like this one. This one is about 15 years old. It was a gift from an ebay seller when I purchased a holster. When it was new, the photo looked almost 3D and so real it actually appeared that there was a pistol on my desk at work.
Now that it is faded, I want to replace it with a new one. If you know where I can get another one please post here or drop me a PM. Thanks. ![]()

There are also outfits where you can make your own, Cafe Press and others. Best place for a Nambu version!

John,
Do you have Walgreens Drug Stores in your part of the world? Or perhaps your drug stores can do the same as Walgreens if your drug store has a photo center. The Walgreens in Texas have "photo products" - posters, coffee cups, MOUSEPADS, etc - as well as developing. They can make a mousepad from any digital picture that you give them for about $10. Take a picture of your existing mouse pad, use a photo editor to brighten it up and remove stains, take the digital picture to Walgreens for turning into a mouse pad. OR pose your own P08 design, take a picture and have that turned into a mouse pad. Have fun designing your own individual mousepad. Doug |

I think even Walmart makes them. You just give them a digital picture and they'll fix you right up.

Shutterfly. Place your Luger on your desk, take some hi-res pix of it, make your own pad where the background blends in with your desk for max realism.

![]() But seriously, the one John S. posted is very well done, even with his sloppy photography. ![]() Contrasting red background, slight angle, cartridges, no clutter, no glitz. Very tastefully done. And a 'real' Luger; not a facelifted safe queen. ![]() (The mousepad I have now depresses me every time I look at it...) ![]()

I had to visit The Big City today and just for S&G I stopped at a small print shop on the way home. I was interested in having my M1911 and AR-15 'blueprints' printed out at 3' x 4' but at $40 ea I decided to postpone that...(It was on photo quality paper, they do weddings etc)...
![]() I asked about mousepads, they are reluctant to do them, and only in quantities or 25/50 (they order the blank pads in those minimum quantities) at $6-$7 each...The nice lady referred me to Walgreen's (a local drugstore), she said they do small quantities... I tried to do a snapshot of my P08 just to see how it might look but even with my Canon G3 I can't get quite enough detail to make it look 'realistic'... ![]() I also noticed that while a P08 Luger can look 'realistic', an LP08 or Borchardt can't...It's too long to fit on a 'standard' size mousepad [7 3/4" x 8 3/4"] without looking too small... I'd be interested in anyone else's comments on whether they've looked into this... ![]()
