As I said it's surely off topic, nothing to do with Lugers, pistols, wars and so on, today it's Sunday, and I'm about to go to have my Sunday dinner, Ive just found these interesting and fairly recent videos about Italian food and I thought that perhaps some of you don't know much about it... so "Buon Appetito" to all of you!

Restaurants abroad tend to "modify" a bit their menus according to the taste of the Country they work, I've noticed this several times in Japanese restaurants, but as an example menus of Indian restaurants in Britain are quite different from the ones they offer here in Italy. So, in other words if you want to taste real original Italian food you should come to Italy and you'll discover that every region has got his own dishes, as the South of Italy was first colonized by Ancient Greece, then all the Country was dominated by the Romans, then for centuries after was invaded by dozens of foreign populations coming from Central Europe. The Italian People in fact is not that homogeneous at all and every region has got different habits and dishes, but everywhere you go you'll find the love for good cooking. ![]()

Hi Sergio. Actually Oberndorf has a thriving Italian community. Many Italians came there to work in the 1960s and 1970s to work at Mauser and H&K.
