Default Luger storage racks

So I have enough Lugers at this point that I need an 8 gun storage
Rack for them. I have seen some nice wooden ones that forum members have. Where can I find them?

Thanks
Wayne

Better get two or three "8 pistol" racks; Luger multiply incessantly.

I have improvised several different racks to hold lugers in my safe.

I believe the Hi-skor is the one I like best.

Make from soft but stiff polymer, and adjustable, available in various sizes.

The wood racks are nice for a table display, but do take up extra room in a safe, JMHO.

Since I don't have a huge collection and I love to be able to see them all the time, for my pistols I have something like this, and in my opinion it's a pleasure for the eyes.

Sergio, That's one heavy duty gun display case! I don't think I have seen one as well built over here. The closest that we might have here would be cases made for securing and displaying products in retail stores.

I tend to keeping them in the darkness of a safe securely attached to the structure of the house. I'm using gun socks inside gun rugs, and would be interested in some dense open air racks also...

I am more interested in the wooden racks I have seen members displaying their guns on.
I am not sure if they are custom made or if the can be purchased. I want to store them in my safe
So they can easily be taken out together

The only ones I have seen were custom made.
They would almost have to be to fit your particular safe lay out.

Mine is like that one but has got big glass shelves as I don't keep rifles there only pistols; of course it's securely attached to the structure of the house, with anti burglar alarms, heavy safety doors etc. ... and me always on condition yellow... (... or at least I try to)

I wish my old brain could remember the company that I purchased my wood racks from.....I just can't. They make them in different sizes. I bought the 6 gun racks as they work the best for my safe. They are made from a nice wood and have felt cloth glued to the places that touch a gun(barrel, base,slide,etc.). They are more expensive that a lot of the others, but they are what I wanted, and have never regretted purchasing them. I will try and see if I can find the company where I got mine.

You might want to look at these. I have several, and they work pretty good.

I could make some. I only own 1 P08 though so I would be limited on design. Shouldn't be all that hard.

That's the kind I use. After trying one, I threw out the racks I had and remodeled my gun safes entirely with Armory Racks. They save a lot of precious space in the safe, and I can now store 8 guns in the same space that only held 6 guns with the old racks. Also, they makes it possible to store the guns without anything touching them, almost like they're suspended in air without any contact with wood, fabric or other materials that can damage the guns. They are the perfect storage solution, IMO.

I wouldn't want to have my Lugers on display. Other guns are out for view but not Lugers and not great numbers of anything.

+1 on the Armory racks. The "armory rack guy" is a member here.

I like Sergio's setup--nicely visible, but quite secure. I wonder how thick/impenetrable that glass is.

It's very thick, although I'm sure burglars with time at their disposal can smash it with an heavy sledge-hammer... if by the time they're still alive...

My collection is very small, I don't either, in fact I keep my safes in a secluded part of the house, nobody really knows anything about the existence of guns apart from the Police...

... actually my wife often says that I remind her of Jack (De Niro in "Meet the Parents")

Default Pistol Rack-8 Capacity x2 $65

I have several Armory racks, but this time around I decided to get couple of these, as they're stackable & work fine.

These would also work in the kitchen, for draining dishes!
