Default Deciphering militarpas award

Gentlemen,
I was able to acquire a Militarpas book for Feldwebel Bartels of the 111 Inf Regt (served from 1905-1919). On page three which describes awartds, I am havung difficulty deciphering the handwriting which describes the award. I have gone through all of the major Imperial German and Baden awards and it appears that the only one which may fit is the Verdienstkreuzmedaille. Any thoughts? Attached is a copy of the page in question.

Thank you,
Foxdoublegunner

I think you are correct...awarded for 9 years of service.
