Default Lahti stock attachment

So as to not further clog up the for sale post, or to further upset the handlers, let's start anew. What is the difference between the Lahti and the P08 attachment lug? I don't have my Lahti handy to look at, but as I recall they outwardly appear similar.

The groove/notch for the lock is in a different place. Also, IIRC, the dimensions of the "T" are slightly different. I posted a pic some time back of the Lahti & Luger lugs -

I've never seen a Lahti stock so I have no idea if it used a pushbutton or swinging cam or what...

From this photo the only difference I can see is that location of the detent groove for the locking cam.
Will the P08 stock fit if a second groove is machined into the Lahti?

Fitting is important, but if the gun is modified as David has suggested, I can't see why the P.08 stock wouldn't be functional... but it would also be federal felony in the USA... unless pre-registered with BATFE as a short barreled rifle (SBR), and the $200.00 tax had been prepaid. Just sayin'...

I have a 12" barrel that is attached to the receiver and only needs the toggle bolt to make the attachment. Would I need the fed license to shoot it?

If it's a pistol that's not on the BATFE exception list, it's generally not legal to put a stock on it. To escape the "short barreled" part, you could have a 16" barrel. This is how the regulation is dealt with in the case of a modern-created or modified pistol with a stock--like a Luger Carbine made from a P.08.

I have removed the commercial 30 luger barrel assembly (the barrel in the bottom of photo) from the commercial lower part of the gun. I also have a 9mm barrel with a .22 cal insert barrel which I can install by just inserting the toggle bolt. I have the 12" barrel installed on the commercial lower in the photo. Is it legal to shoot any and all of these attachments on the commercial lower?

H:
Not certain what you are asking but that gun is legit as a pistol with any of those barrels, that's not an issue with the BATF, but it is verboten with a shoulder stock.
Part of the old 1934 Gun Control Act, but does not necessarily make sense.

Shoot to your heart's content, just do not attach a stock.
