It's a replica of one of the rarest (and most expensive) Luger accessories. A few holster/stocks for the Artillery Luger were tested by the German Army, but never adopted. A fellow in Bulgaria is making these replicas and selling them for about $800.00 each. It probably would be legal to attach one of these to an Artillery Luger.
