Thank you Bill!
I also will take this opportunity to wish you all and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, fulfilled with joy, peace and health!
Douglas and Family.

PS - and I never get tired of remember the Christmas Truce of 1914 as an event that wraps the meaning of Christmas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODTSp61_qEs

I wish a Merry Christmas to all the members of this beautiful Forum, and their Families.

Sergio

P.S.

to Douglas Jr.

I had already seen the video, about that Christmas Truce of 1914, it's really moving, unfortunately WWI was only at the beginning, I regret to say that unfortunately nothing like that ever happened in our trenches on the border with Austria.

I would like to also add my wishes to all for a safe and Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. It is a time to remember what we are celebrating, and to spend time with family and friends.

Alvin

I'm sorry to hear you remain at home alone, nobody should be alone at least at Christmas, so I just wanted you to know that all your "Luger friends" me included are somehow with you.
Have a nice Christmas.

Merry Christmas to all of you great folks. The peace of this season be unto you always.

Gunny John

PS. Pat and I saw "Silent Night" this year at the Cincinnati opera. It is an opera about the 1914 Christmas Truce. Very moving, very truthful...all were punished for participating. Shame on us when peace is illegal.
