Default Erfurt 1912 additional marking

Dear forum mebers!

Please help to identify these two marks on Erfurt 1912, highlighted by white circles. I appreciate any information on what is this. I am sorry for not good photo but tthis what I currently have!

I don't know what those marks are, but what happened to the takedown lever - it is welded in place???

Is this a British UK gun?

Alas this one is deactivated gun WWI - and what happened with take down lever is a method of deactivation. This gun is not in UK now.

... and the stamp has perhaps something to do with the deactivation.
