Completely matched Lugers?

Does anyone know Dimitri Tolchinski? His listing of Lugers on Guns America shows Lugers and a P. 38 in what appear to be near excellent condition--all have matching magazines, etc.

If it sounds (and looks) to good to be true...?

He has a Luger I was interested in buying with 2 Matching Mags.

Turns out both mags are boosted.
