Opinions on 1916

I made an offer on a DWM. I like it as it looks real pretty in the pictures but it is at least partially refinished.
What would be the value of something like this? I actually like original better but this sure is pretty. It is above my current budget.
It is all matching. The mag is a little questionable. But appears correct.
How about the grips? They look darn crisp for that age. They have no marks or numbers.
