Default Met Neil from Memphis

While in Memphis for work this week, I Met Neil Young the other day, saw his collection and had a really nice evening with him. He has the coolest rifle, cavalry (Jerry I misspell that?) marked rifle, German of course, 1921?

We had a beverage, went for a nice meal, came back talked more guns, cameras and he does fabulous woodworking and metalworking. Great skill there.

Stopped by a gunshop in Memphis, guy had a WWI Erfurt, nice shape for $1195 plus it came with a WWII holster, good shape, has a nice makers mark, but no date or waffen? I assume private purchase?
I will send photos tomorrow and/or post on the forum, as I asked if he would sell separate, he hesitated a bit, then said $75!! So I bought it, will look over close tomorrow, maybe it's cut down?
